This very easy to use Blinking (Fading) Texture Script will fade a texture from opaque to transparent at a configurable interval (1 second, 5 seconds, and so on).

Includes:
- The fully commented Blinking (Fading) Texture script
- An example you can rezz and examine to see how it works.

What is it good for?
A flashing neon sign is one useful purpose for this script. Another would be to use it to make a flashing red light or pulsing club floor. Maybe a low earth orbiting ion cannon? Be creative!

Not what I was looking for

I already bought this basic freebie script from someone else. I am looking for a script that will stay transparent for a time and opaque for a time. You can only set how long the texture takes to go from 100 to 0% and back again. It will instantly start over there is only a split second of full transparency. If you just want something to blink with a fade effect then its fine but the "timer" thing was misleading
