This is my first official creation as far as warcraft necropolis goes, this was very hard to put together but now that i know how to do its surely not my last,
The place includes most of what you can find in a place like this,

So it is a big place, make sure you got enough room before you rez it
There is also a ground unit that acts as a teleport, unfortunetly i could not support with a included teleport unit so you will have to get that yourself, there are many free ones out there that are good.,
You can either use it as a store,or a roleplaying mayhem base

ok it is not 0 land impact infact it is 512 for land impact while i can apriciate the imagination behind this unfortunatly even for the price do not buy alot of uneccessary prims example the floor first lvl instead of stretching a single prim he used alot of prims to make up the floor same was done with the upper lvl piece of advice learn to stretch prims and textures before you put something up for sale even for 50 lindens im sad to say even though theres potetional 1 star if i could id give it negitive 5 but 1 star it is
