Wear on chest by default or wear somewhere else and edit by hand the position on your neck.
Next time u wear, it will be weared on last spot you detached it from.
Click necklace to bring up the menu dialog where u can change color and resize the necklace.

How to unpack:
Rez your bought item, a bag will be shown, click bag and your item will be in a folder in your inventory.
