This Appartment tower have a Lobby, 3 standard 30m x 30m appartments, a penthouse same size than the others but with a mezz , terrace and heliport, the tower is also equiped with an elevator, the elevator is a sitbased one , so no collisions are generated.

Installation :
Just rezz the Blue Bay Tower (rezzer) in the center of your parcel (a 4096 sqm minimum) click it and select build, then when its done you could move or rotate the tower by moving or rotate the rezzer if you need so.
When your satisfy with the position, to lock it in place clic the box and select done,doing that will remove position scripts in the build so you will no longer be able to move it with the rezzer,and after clicking done you could hide or delete the rezzer. After you will need to rezz the BT Elevator , then just clic on call button, the elevator will move in position , the elevator is ready to use. If you ever need to remove the tower just clic on the rezzer and select clean.
Using the elevator:
The operator must sit first in order to receive the elevator menu, then passenger could sit, to sit on the elevator just right-clic the elevator and select in the pie menu ''ride lift'', then the operator select destination in the menu. if the elevator is on an other level than you , just clic the call button at your level, that will call the elevator.

I honestly cannot believe why others write a bad review on this building. Yes, its simple, yes its beautiful in a sci-fi way, but, it is also copy/mod! If you have been in SL for quite some time to learn how to modify things, then this building is great for doing just that. You want more floors, go for it, new textures, lay em on. It really is easy to do, so play with it as much as you want until you learn how to do it. But to give this building a bad review is shameful, especially since it only costs 200L.
This is a perfect starter building for anyone new in SL.

I'm somewhat new to Second Life and I found the tower very easy to setup and use. Each floor has the option of having a privacy setting which I found really helpful, and the design and look of the building is just gorgeous the pictures don't do it justice!. each floor is spacious and has more then enough room for whatever you'd want to put in there...overall I'm super happy with the purchase and for the price you can't lose
i have a problem
on jan 12 i ordered the blue bay tower i waited and waited to get for the order it said it was being sent well i crashed for 30 secs so i logged back on and it said it was sent so i looked and looked and never found it so i had to buy it again so i payed 400L$ for one tower the same tim e i logged back on will you send my 200L$ for the one i didnt get if youdont believe me check the order records please sinerly angellove
