Blue Caste Centre Version 1.01

An all-in-one Blue Caste building. This build is designed for a court room (will hold the components of the Lar-Torvis medieval court room set), a large library, Head of Caste Office, entrance foyer, Magistrate office with 3 cells, all on the lower level surrounding a central courtyard waiting to hold a small park setting. On the upper floor there are 3 more offices, a small meeting room, and a large meeting / training / conference room.
