This wallpaper is great - rustic, stripe with floor molding it is modify and copy so you can do any room you want, as much as you want.

This is a prim, not a texture - its used to make a skin for the inside of a house - perhaps a house your renting and do not have permissions to change the wall texture - but want a different look for the room.

it looks like same as in the pic, if zoom closer can see there is surface as wallpapers use to have and also little flowers, I would say there is a authentic patina, looks best from about 1m distance, it is not sharp design if zoom very close
