All three styles of this home included in the fatpack.
--> The Two Story is a larger home made for flat land and has two full stories. The footprint is 20x35 without the driveway extension and 30x35 including the driveway. Land impact is 105 without baseboards and 128 including baseboards.
--> The Bi-level is made for a sloping terrain with water access, which comes as a coalesced object. This coalesced mass is composed of two parts: one is the house itself and the other is a suggested terraform guide. If you don't want to use the guide simply delete it. If you do wish to use it, then delete it once you've completed terraforming. The footprint of this model is 17x35. Land impact is 90 without baseboards and 99 with baseboards.
--> The 1024 is a much smaller single story house designed to fit on a flat 1024x1024 parcel. The footprint of this model is 31x18. Land impact is 69 without baseboards and 84 with baseboards.
If you can't decide which one you like best, there is a fatpack that contains all three models at a significant discount.
The homes are a combination of mesh and standard prims. All floors are made from standard prims so you should not have any rezzing issues while rezzing on the floors. The stairs and dock are mesh. Please do not try to rez directly on either of those or you could encounter problems. Many of the standard prims have been set to convex hull physics which allows for a much lower land impact value. Changing the physics back to prim on any of these will increase land impact values.
The homes are fully mod except for the one script found in the garage door of the two story model. You can change the parameters of the garage door by editing the notecard inside the door. All textures used on the house are light gray in tone so you can easily tint the walls as you like. Most of the walls in the houses are regular prims with a few exceptions. Please use select face in the edit menu when tinting the walls.
