This is a mostly mesh (95%) build. All parts are mod and copy; however, resizing the mesh parts will change land impact numbers.
This home does have baked shadows. The photographs do include shadows from the advanced lighting system as well. Please visit the model home to see the baked shadows in world.
There is a fountain located in the entry area. To control the volume or to turn sounds completely off simply touch the top of the fountain to activate the menu.
This house is equipped with working blinds on all windows. The living room and bedroom blinds on the large windows facing the lattice work independently on both the ground level and the second floor. The narrow window blinds are anchored on the second floor and when activated cover both ground level and second floor level. Simply touch the blind to activate it.
All narrow windows may be opened and closed. Simply touch the bottom window portion to raise or lower the window. All doors, except the roof hatch door, are able to be locked. All textures are neutral in color allowing for easy recoloring. The rose and blue walls in the photos show how the walls may be "repainted." They are more neutral colors when rezzed from the rezzer.
Included in the house package is a mod/copy deck board and column. These match the textures of the home and may be used to customize your new home.
