Mid-century modern home made nearly completely out of mesh. Normal prims are used for floors and the roofing to enable easier rezzing of objects. Also the land impact was not increased by using normal prims in these areas.
This home is sized well for small parcels and yet will set nicely on larger lands as well. The design is focused on merging interior spaces with the outdoors. Footprint = 21x16 meters

There are no artificial shadows in this home. There are no furnishing or landscaping included with this home. The photos are for reference only.
Nearly all parts are mod and copy; however, resizing the mesh parts may change land impact numbers. The floor prims are normal type prims so changing the depth of the prims to adjust to land terrain should have no effect on land impact. The doors are not mod nor is the optional fireplace logs and grate.
The doors and casement windows are all working parts. The textures are light neutral colors allowing for easy tinting.
The rezzer is easy to use and makes setting up the home a breeze. A modifiable walkway is included separately from the house.
