The product occupies a 10 X 15 meter footprint in a typical Tee layout and uses 20 prims. The legs are 20 meters high for realism on steep slopes or deep water. You can modify this product or transfer it to another owner. However you may not modify the animations or the scripts.

Pictures do not do it justice....
It is such a lovely piece, It looks absolutely great with my home and land. However, there is only one drawback the poseballs. They look gaudy and with some editing skills you can remove them. Also I wish the dock was copyable. Other than that 4/5 stars for me (:
