Boat House
This home comes fully furnished, but when you rezz the home, there are a few pieces of furniture in the sale box that you need to place, I soft linked them to keep the sit poses intact,
This home fits a 29 x 30 foot print, and is just 165 prims, when fully rezzed and all furniture i have given is place.
