* You can set who you want to be able to use the menu and animations.
* Click on [adjust] and [security] button and choose either Sit or Menu button. Set to All, Owner or Group.

* Sit on the stairs and choose the Textures button. Choose from 4 wood textures.
* Access: Click the Access button for control. Set to Public, Owner or Group

-- Resize-able potted plant --
* Click the potted plant to use the resizer menu.

-- Packed in a bonus rez-box for easy rezzing and moving --
1. Click on rez-box to get a menu and click REZ button to rez the set.
2. Move the rez-box, the entire set will move with the rez-box.
3. Click on FINISH! to set your item and to set the correct land impact
