The eight principal poses used in US bodybuilding competitions: Abs-Thighs, Front Double Bicep, Front Lat Spread, Most-Muscular Crab, Read Double Bicep, Read Lat Spread, Side Chest, Side Tricep.
Each as a still animation, a non-looped ten-second animation, and a repeating eight-second animation.
