Nice...but
This is a clever way to spruce up any office as the mesh is well made. The down side is that there are no UV maps or even a texture to use as a base to make other versions (bills, utilities, etc) of this items. That's unfortunate.

Easy to customize
All one object. Nicely made with several texture faces (pencil, paper, book front&back, book spine, book page edges) so re-texturing can be fairly easy even without texture maps. Note that all 4 books share the same faces, so all books will look the same, as in the MarketPlace photo.
