It's not bad for newbies...
If you don't have a lot of Lindens starting out then this isn't a bad AO. Movements are a little jerky, not perfectly smooth. It's not horrible but it's not for me.

It's really not bad at all when you consider the old warning, 'you only get what you pay for'.
Sure, the hands stick a little far out from behind you in that particular pose and they do cut into the hips a teensy bit at the front occasionally, but seriously, for the price, it's definitely not horrible.
