Boscombe Hall is a Victorian style English country home. The house consists of lounge, dining room, kitchen with conservatory, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. All furniture shown is NOT included with the build and is for demonstration only.
We have included two build themes in one purchase. A distressed, neglected building for those who wish a 'grungy' style home and a refurbished version. Both builds are also available to view in the demo's.
Landscaping not included.
This house has been packaged using the Rez Faux system. This provides easy placement and final adjustments are easy and quick. Please read the instructions provided in the package. The build is copy/mod so you can edit it without the worry. You will always have a copy in your inventory should anything go wrong.
