It's custom-sized for 6 of the fancy new Bergson 5.0 lanes, but it's modifiable so you can put out whatever you want.
The main building's 41 land impact; putting out the sign will add 9 points of SHEER CLASS. There's a lobby with room for snacks and a couple restrooms so you can keep going all night.

Exceptional customer service!
For those wondering the "demo rezzer" is the little fire hydrant near where you rez in. I missed this before purchase and was surprised to find that unlike the actual build rezzed elsewhere on their sim, the version you buy is just a prim building with absolutely zero furnishings. My original review was a 1 star, however the creator almost immediately reached out, refunded my purchase in full (unheard of on SL) and explained where to find the demo rezzer. Changing to a 5 star review for Exceptional customer service, she obviously cares about her customers & wants them to be happy. That means a lot! All in all, it is a very nice building for it being prim & is very easy to modify so it does work well as a starter building. Thank you for working with us to resolve this matter!
