   Easy use ...
  Just click the center of the HUD, to open the dialog box select "Scan" HUD will search all the avatars that are in the land. Choose your avatar that you want to use the tools and click again on choosing one of the options button:

  Eject / Ban / Unsit AV.
 
  "Eject" Ejects the avatar without him knowing it was you who did it.
"Ban" This will ban the avatar chosen by you the land, also without him knowing it was you who banished him.
"Unsit" if the target you select this option is sitting this will raise it imadiatamente.

Great tool for managers and owners even terrenosou to diss for a bit! ^^
