Boxed 10 prim Teahouse and separate basic parts

This teahouse includes:

8 Prim framing and mat
1 Roof prim
1 Prim ceiling
and
10 prim complete teahouse

This was designed to have a very open, soaring feeling, so by default the roof is very high. This can be modified to suit your tastes if you prefer less headroom. The low wall can also be extended higher to close off, or curtains could be added to give a feeling of privacy and yet openness. Furniture and teaset will have to be provided by yourself.

This is large enough that it could theoretically be modified into a two story building if desired.

Steps or a rampway can be added if desired. I would be happy to make some if asked, just IM me in world. Matting can also be changed.

This is copy/mod/transfer, so you can make copies before adjusting, for backups, transfer so that you can purchase and give as gift to a friend or loved one.
