Everest Ski Lodge, big enough as a large house or club, you would need 2048sq mts of land, comes complete with 10mts stilts and ladders which are seperate from the main building, the inside has a spiral staircase leading to the 1st floor and leads unto a viewing gallery, textured in logs and roof with covered snow, everything is modify and copy.

This is a good build and provides space, good lookout views and very easy set up.
