Additional Information
Thank You for Your interest in the Jp Collections Container Ship This Ship is built with realism in mind Built after the Ship created Real Life it has many of the same features as the real life one With being almost totally sculpted makes it’s a great piece for your harbor marina or shipping yard . The show hide feature of the containers is great to allow for multiple use of the barge. This boat seats drive only as it’s not an offshore boat but more of a cannel and day runner there is no bedroom aboard this you must find port to get rest at the end of the day. Her engine room is fully detailed with water cooling and 2 Cat Engines as well as the computer monitoring station and tool kit for minor repairs

Good and.. Bad
There are some good and bad points to this build.. Having bought and used many ships/boats/planes etc etc I do feel there were some essential missed out. Hopefully I'll leave a balanced opinion:
Good:
- Sound clips used are excellent
- Internal texturing has been done reasonably well
- HUD is nicely designed and presented (tho could be a touch smaller)
Bad:
- No bow or stern spray/wake
- Speed at 21-27% of throttle is suitable for cruising.. at 100% it's like a speedboat racing across sims
- Turning is instant and fast which is unexpected. Typical dynamics for a container ship would see the vessel 'slowly' turn and with a listing slightly.
- External texturing was disappointing around the deck structure. It's simply very bland, planar hasn't been used and frankly it should really be a 'rusted' texture of sorts.
Overall:
Needs more attention paid to some of the obvious things as mentioned above. If it was mine I would have it back into dry-dock, re-think the texturing and find a better engine. It has the potential to be much better than it is.
I think 3 stars is justified for now but simply put, I thought it was rushed through a build and JP should have spent a little more time on it.
