A hollow tree trunk has been used as a bridge with a house built over. Access from either side of the bridge to steps cut in the trunk and then up to the cottage.
Door can be set to owner, group or anyone plus by adding names to a NC in the door you can allow access to named avatars only should you wish.
Please note the script is no mod, you make changes with a menu. Consequently the full house will show as no mod in the box but when rezzed it will be copy and mod.
If you wish to change textures please take care! The log comes with three texture faces and will look fine with your textures.
The house comes complete with a pond and mesh surround. You can easily remove this if not needed. You may also remove the water prim to use with land that you can terraform. The mesh surround may be textured to match your land.
With pond the footprint is approximately 20 m * 21 m and 13 m tall. The house alone is approximately 12 m * 17 m and 13 m tall.
You can re-size of course, simply using edit tools. Changes in size will increase or decrease your LI.
