Breadfruit (Artocarpus altilis) is a species of flowering tree in the mulberry family, growing throughout Southeast Asia and most Pacific Ocean islands. Breadfruit trees grow to a height of 85 feet (26 m). Breadfruit is one of the highest-yielding food plants, with a single tree producing up to 200 or more fruits per season. . Its name is derived from the fact that, when cooked, the fruit of the breadfruit tree has a potato-like flavor, similar to fresh-baked bread. It is a staple food in many tropical regions. Breadfruit can be preserved by letting the ferment in leaf lined pits and can keep this ways for 1-20 years. The sap is used to caulk boats.

This tree looks more realistic than many of the 3 or 4 prim trees on the market. It is all in the texture!
High quality texture with no alpha halo, set to natural light, not bright so it does not glow in the dark. Unless of course you want it to glow – it is modifiable so you can shrink or enlarge it to suit your needs. You can also copy it so you can set out an entire forest.

I started landscaping on a history sim where 1/3 of the prims are reserved for tall ships and texture lag can sink a ship. Conserving prims, using low prim items, allows for more role play props to be rezzed. And using high quality, quick loading low lag textures make for convincing detail.Botanica is dedicated to providing the best low prim, low lag landscaping on the grid. After all, a prim saved is a prim earned.

Come see this and many other trees, flowers, and crops in my in-world garden.

Boxy Low Quality

I should have known from the description that 'low lag' really meant low graphics quality and boxy mesh edges. Sure that can help keep lag down on an RP SIM, but it certainly makes up close and personal not very appealing. Sorry, I prefer more realistic looking trees.
