This is a nice house with view over NY, it's furnished and the couch has single sit poses, Kitchen have no animations, the bed in the bedroom have a adult menu but you might need to adjust the poses, the info on how to do is included in the box, all you see on the pictures is included, it comes in a rezzbox and all is modify and copy. It comes boxed and the footprint is 64x64 sphere and the grass ground is 43x43.

When you rezz the house you will see a white block at the door on the ground just click it and it will disappear. Do not delete it or your door wont work anymore.
