Originally made for a friend, but I thought I would share it in the spirit of Men's Mental Health Month.
It is a simple breathing exercise HUD which can give you a healthy method to lower stress/blood pressure levels in a pinch.
You don't really need a HUD to do this but it can be helpful to learn the timings and give you something to focus on.
