This Breeder Set-up is only suited to place on a 1/4 Sim (128 m x 128 m) or bigger property !
You will get 12 Ancient Stone Barns with Thatched roofs with a total of 112 Stalls (approx. 5m x 5m each) AND 32 Paddocks ( approx. 10m x 10m).
The Breeder Set-up has a very friendly layout, both suitable for Breeders at home or used for commercial purposes (you will find that placing bidboards in the center barns works very well)
It's very easy to set up too, the complete 1/4 Sim Set-up can be placed with just one click. (detailed notecard on how to place it correctly is included).

Note: If you delete the Anchor rings, the Trees, Plants and Weathervanes, the primcount of the whole Set-up will be ONLY 323 PRIMS !
