No design or building skills are required - all vendors are easy to set-up, with full instructions included. No lost investments and no cheap products or distasteful reproductions. You will be promoting a trusted, established brand.

Terms & Conditions:

Affiliate Resources:
Affiliate Resources include all current vendors, a copy of the current Affiliate Terms & Conditions, a copy of current Brick and Mortar Policies and promotional posters. Updates will be posted via Group Notice.
Vendors:
Vendors feature copy/Mod permission only (no transfer). All vendors carry a 45% commission rate.
Presentation Guidelines:
Vendors must be presented neatly. Vendors cannot overlap. The Brick and Mortar logo must not be obscured or covered in any way. Any vendors not meeting the aesthetic standards as set forth by Brick and Mortar Designs will be disabled.
Marketing:
All marketing & advertising is to be done by the reseller. Store posters will be provided and cannot be edited in any way. Classified adverts containing the keyword 'Brick and Mortar Designs' (in any form) may not be listed at or above 10,000 L. Any advertising using the Brick and Mortar logo in magazines, websites, or blogs must first be approved in writing by Brick and Mortar Designs staff.
Gift Cards:
At this stage, Gift Cards are not included.
Limitations:
Brick and Mortar vendors may not be placed within a store, club or mall associated with or owned by blacklisted brands or individuals. Any such vendors will be immediately disabled and removed. Examples include individuals suspected of selling stolen content, etc.
Commission Rate:
The standard commission rate is 45% of each individual sale.
Refunds:
Refunds are not given under any circumstances. Darryl Streeter and Brick and Mortar Designs take no responsibility for refunds given by the affiliate.
Customer Service:
All product enquiries are to be directed to Darryl Streeter. Brick and Mortar Designs and Darryl Streeter take no responsibility for any misinformation given to the customer via the affiliate.
Failed Transactions:
When a customer experiences a Failed Transaction, the Affiliate must send a notecard with transaction details to Darryl Streeter. This is the fastest way to resolve the issue. A Brick and Mortar Staff member will respond to the notecard ASAP. The Affiliate can speed up the process by providing all the information we need - ie, customer name, region name, exact item purchased.
Termination:
Brick and Mortar Designs reserves the right to terminate this agreement and disable vendors at any point and for any reason, listed above or otherwise. Brick and Mortar Designs reserves the right to revise the Terms & Conditions at any time.
