BrickBlissa is a lovely 2-story, low-prim home yet is highly detailed.
It uses only 19 prims and measures 21x16.5 (and can fit on a 512 sized parcel if need be).

The windows change textures (open-close) via touch.

There are two levels, and teleports go back and forth between each one.

The door is lockable with an access list. Click the front porch by the front door to get door commands.
