This huge rundown building is set over 2 floors with a large brick staircase to upper level and ideally suited for a Club, Mall, Shop or for Role Play sims. Beautifully textured throughtout & great attention to detail. The building contains no scripts or megaprims to keep lag to a minimum.
267 Prims, 60x60m footprint, will fit a plot 4096sqm or larger. Comes with Mod/Copy Perms & packed in rezzer for easy placement.
