Large structure over 2 floors with a gloomy derelict feel. Suitable for use as a shop, club or even to live in. There is a main entrance hall with an annex each end & 2 large side rooms. There is also an upper floor which has a caved in floor exposing all the re-bar & is accessed by climbing the fallen rubble.
499 prims / 60x60m, though prims could be reduced by deleting much of the rubble or broken walls. Will fit on a plot 4096sqm or larger.
Comes with Mod/Copy perms & packed in a Rezzer for instant placement.

This is a great build, i use it for my lycan pack headquarters on an urban grunge sim, it fits with the sim and has plenty of room for everything we need. it is also mod so you can change it to your hearts content. I restored the floor prim on the 4th floor and made a private room for myself, it is just perfect, LOVE LOVE MUST HAVE.
