Rundown distressed warehouse store with custom photoshopped textures throughout & extensive graffiti art on the interior walls. 30m tall with metal stairs and walkways over 3 levels. Ideal uses as a shop or club.

Basic building is 174 prims & 40x30m, but also included are optional extras which total another 100 prims and extend the size to 40x40m. The additional prims are a fenced backyard, building lights, crates & dumpsters, all of which are not linked to the main building & can easily be deleted to reduce prims or size.

Comes with Mod/Copy perms & packed in a Rezzer for instant placement.
