A Large custom textured openplan build spread over 4 staggered floor levels with stair access & a balcony deck at the top. Suitable for many uses including being subdivided into several retail units on a relatively small plot size.
Low prims at only 155, 40x30m footprint, 40m tall & rezzer packed for easy placement. Comes with Mod/Copy perms.
