Dark 2 storey, corner aspect, industrial structure with a 20x20m fenced yard at the front. Suitable for several uses including a club, shop or RP sim. Brick walls with metal mesh upper floor and metal framed ramp access to it. Custom textures throughout including extensive graffiti on the exterior walls.
Only 159 prims which is very low prim for the 40x40m size, but this can be further reduced to 125 prims by removing the separately linked trashcans/dumpsters/fences in the front yard area.
Comes with Mod/Copy perms & packed in a Rezzer for instant placement.
