Often the lower resolution is more than enough for a good quality of whatever you would like to use it for and will save you a lot of loading time. The higher resoution is needed for more precise work or bigger objects where you don't want to tile too much.
These are just 2 different kinds of brick textures of a total of 16. If you like to have just 2 of these then this (or one of the other 2-packs) is the best option. If you would like to have all 16 then the fatpack would save you another 50%.
Textures are full permissions
You are only allowed to sell the textures in a build you made. Don't redistribute them in your project without the proper permissions (Either "Mod/Copy/No Trans" or "Mod/No Copy/Trans").
