This is a three storey building with a 15x10 footprint and consists of 47 prims.
It is modifiable, but please take a copy first and
DO NOT RESIZE!!! I repeat, DO NOT RESIZE! The main building structure has megaprims in it and if you resize those parts will shrink.
It has steel stairs glass rooflight. It would be ideal for a shop unit.
