This 223 Prim Barn should be placed on land no smaller than 3096. It has a Main Barn with 8 Stalls for your Mare's, and 8 outer stalls for your weanlings, yearlings, and your teaser. It has a Wash Stall or Wash Station for your horses blankets, etc. and a Hay Loft.
Attatched to the barn as well is a small upstairs apartment for your Barn Manager to keep a close eye on your Mare's, as well as a common or Tack Room below the apartment, and a Common room for gathering, or Vet Checks, or Farm equipment storage.
The entire Structure with the stall doors totals 223 prims, and is Copy/Mod, so you can rearrange it however you like without fear of destroying it. Be sure to save a back up copy.
It comes in the Rezz-Faux packaging system for easy rezzing, positioning, and deletion if you make a mistake.
