Use:

Just wear the Alpha + shoes base + Rough left and right shoes

To resize:

click on any shoe separately and increase or diminish the size size with buttons + or --

Once you have adjusted the size you can delete the script with the correct button in same menu to avoid some lag.

Use edit tools of SL to re pos the shoes if necessary.
