This is the layout from the set design of the Fly.
It's Seth Brundle's laboratory in some old brick warehouse in a distillery district.
The Land Impact of this is 977. Unfortunately a LARGE chunk of this is from the Teleportation Pods themselves.
The Land Impact of the three Pods total 511.
Without them the structure and furnishings total 466 Land Impact.
Hopefully you can find some use for this even without the Pods ~ maybe find ones that are less land impact!
The Teleportation Pods work both ways however . . entering the one on the left will offer you a little surprise.
Fully functioning kitchen, and furnishings.
