You may use these mesh and textures in your builds, as long as you do not sell them as full perms.
You are NOT allowed to give away any of the Mesh or textures, textures as full permissions. And if you do give this away as transfer, it must be no copy.
It took me a long time to learn this and I wold appreciate it if you respect that!
