This is Californian bungalow style structure has a dirt floor basement/ bunker below it. The bungalow is situated on its own walkable mesh dirt mound for use in the sky or on a sim. Surrounding the bungalow are overgrown weeds and bushes, tangled vines and mossy rocks, all of these are modify and everything can be removed and modified as needed.
Fits a 4096 sized parcel.
Included is a spare terrain texture to match your sim terrain to this build if you want.
In the traditional Somber style of grungy textures, this is a mesh remake of an old build much requested.
To install just lower your terrain to allow for the basement recess.

Who builds a house and splits the textures half way, then turning half the wall 90 degrees off?? DO NOT throw away $1495 on this junk.
