* SETTING UP THE REZZER *
To use this rezzer please drop it on the ground. It is designed with an earthy base which should be manually dropped slightly below ground level so the rezzer blends into your scene. If you prefer not to use the log you can use the simple box rezzer instead. ( This is simply a plane prim which you can position in your scene and then turn transparent using the SL build tools or re-texture to fit your scene. )
The log itself at its default size has a 10 prim land impact. Each butterfly has 3 prims LI count. To prevent them disappearing too early they are not temp on rez, so please bare this in mind when using them as they will count against your lands prim allowance. By default the rezzer is set to rez 5 butterfly's every 30 seconds, with each butterfly having a life span of 60 seconds. This means the max land impact by default you should need is 30 prims for butterfly's and 10 for the log.
* TURNING ON AND OFF *
Touching the rezzer log will activate / deactivate it. Only the owner can turn it on and off.
* ADJUSTING SETTINGS *
The rezzer has a settings notecard inside which you can adjust if you wish to increase or decrease the butterfly number and rez frequency. Please keep your land impact in mind when doing this. The settings notecard also has an option to adjust how far away from the rezzer they will attempt to travel. This is not super precise but provides them a general flight perimeter guide.
* BUTTERFLY NET *
Also included is a butterfly catching net and net giver. This is just for fun, but it can provide a fun game for multiple players to see who can catch the most butterflies over a set period of time.
