This is a basic chalkboard! It features a wood frame with built in specular mapping so it can look great in higher graphic modes. There is no specularity built into the chalkboard itself, because, well, that would probably just look gross.
This is a *blank chalkboard*. There is no functionality built in to edit or write on the board. You're on your own for that, but I've included the texture, so you can muck with it. You might consider creating a transparent/invisible prim, though, with anything you want to "write" on the board, versus modifying the board itself.
It is recommended that you make a copy of your board before you change it. Alternately, this is available for redelivery through the marketplace.

As distributed, this chalkboard is 7LI, much of that due to the specularity built into the wooden frame. Land Impact can be reduced to only 2 by removing it.
