It's a device to add to provide drops, bubbles, ripples, and sounds of underwater, jumping into water, swimming and walking in water. You can use My AO or other swim AO for a full swim experience.

TIP:
You can replace the object in its contents to customize jumping into water rez ripple effect.

Outdated and not working properly.
The object responsible for the effects is attached to the Mouth by default but it keeps changing it's XYZ position whenever I enter and exit the water. That way all the effects such as bubbles and water drops keep appearing on the hips area and sometimes even on the feet. The product is unusable as is.
I made sure to message the creator more than a week prior to leaving this negative review but they won't reply either in-world or Discord.
