What are you buying?
A unrigged mesh deer avatar with psd and blender files.
Do not buy this expecting a rigged, scripted and full avatar.

Please be aware this deer comes UNRIGGED. But you will get the .blend file to make your own rigging. Essentially, you're just buying the PSD and .BLEND files that ARE included in the notecard.

1. Why are you selling this unrigged?
- Because, this is my mesh and texture work, but my ex business partner rigged, animated and scripted the deer. He's currently selling it himself as a full avatar without giving me any profit shares.

2. Can't you get someone else to rig it?
- Sure.. but that will take time and money I do not have

3. Would you be interested in letting someone rig, animate and script it for fair profit shares?
- Absolutely, just contact me about it if you're interested.

These are FULL PERMISSIONS. Permissions MUST be changed to Copy/Mod with NO TRANSFER.

- You DO NOT have permission to resell the base mesh without custom textures.
- You DO NOT have permission to resell the base product as you bought it.
- You DO NOT have permission to give away the product to other people or alt accounts.
- You DO NOT have permission to say you created these items as custom mesh work.
- You DO NOT have permission to use any layers from this in any other creation but this product (This means you cannot move any layers onto any other products. They all must stay on the Caboodle product)

Any break in this ToS will result in violators being reported to Linden Labs.

DISCLAIMER:
I work with Photoshop because it's more fully-featured than a lot of the other graphics suites out there. I state pretty clearly in my product descriptions that anyone who buys these needs to be able to use Photoshop files; I can't really have a policy of also going back and altering my work for every person who doesn't have Photoshop, else I'd have to just sacrifice quality to make all of my product accessible for other platforms to begin with.
