[C] Mouselook Walk HUD

This is a HUD to move avatar forward by holding left mouse button.

HOW TO USE IT?

Add it, this HUD is in screen bottom right, you can touch the HUD to turn on or off Mouselook Walk.
When Mouselook Walk is on, you can hold left mouse button to move avatar forward in Mouselook View.
Double click left mouse button to switch to a faster advance speed to run.
Long touch the HUD for 3s to switch between
Mouselook Walk mode(default): working only in Mouselook View,
and Mouse Walk mode: working not only in Mouselook View.

Note:
You can steer and move avatar at the same time only in Mouselook View. When not in Mouselook View, you can only move, when dragging avatar to steer, you can't move.
