This is an explanation of what the ToS means for ALL Caboodle PSD Kits and FP Mesh
As of 4/27/2020, this is the current ToS. You must abide by all rules listed for ANY PSD Kit or Full Perm Mesh Object
This template was intended as a modders resource. It can only be used for personal or commercial mods.
1) You DO NOT have permission to resell this product without custom textures.
- This means you must make your own textures.
2) You DO NOT have permission to resell this product without them being included in a mod kit.
- Basically, do not resell these the same way you purchased them, that being this product with the texture. This also includes just taking my textures and making materials to sell.
3) You DO NOT have permission to give away this product to other people or alt accounts.
- Self explanatory. Don't do it.
4) You DO NOT have permission to say you created these items as your own work.
- Self explanatory again. Don't be a douche.
5) You CAN NOT use any layers or parts from this PSD in any other creation but the intended product
-This means you cannot move any layer or part of this PSD onto any other products. Everything in this PSD must must stay on the product this PSD kit is designed for
6) You may only resell this as an avatar mod
- You must make a mod using this PSD if you wish to resell it.
Any break in this ToS will result in violators being reported to Linden Labs.
What is a mod?
- A mod is custom textures with custom markings and colors sold for existing avatars or parts.
