[C a r o X] House Sem

I've bought quite a few houses over the years, but this is one of my favorites! I modified it a bit, but wow! So worth every Linden! Thank you for your awesome work and far more than reasonable price!

Unless you are planning to live in a giant castle this may just be the house for anybody, it's easy to decorate to your own liking as well as the best deal for a low impact on your total prim count, the only reason this doesn't get a 5th star from me is the fact that once placed moving it requires you to select the doors and two little posts hidden inside the door frame where it hinges in addition. For those who fiddle around however and reduce the prim count even more it's quite easy to drop more then half of the advertised prim count and really make it a perfect standard for housing more then just your own avatar.

A fantastic house! It's all one piece (except the doors, but that's no big deal), and it rezzes right where you put it. The doors lock, which is always nice. And the house has a modern design that's well textured. For 10L? You should already be clicking the buy button.
