This is a Grunge/Urban Warehouse with very detailed baked textures. It breaks down into two main parts (building & yard) so you can use it in combination with other urban builds or as a stand alone structure.
It Features:

Specifications Are:
- 142 Prims Total (Building 59prims, Optional Yard 83 Prims)
- 30 x 50sqm (Building 30 x 30sqm) So requires 1200sqm block or larger.

Awesome but needs tweaking
Beautiful build only let down by the outside lights that leave a pool of light in mid air. very odd. Apart from that, awesome :)
