CA AESTHETIC WESTERN CLASSIC BOOTS FAT PACK

I figured okay cool they can fit "standard" AVs. I have Signature. They are almost perfect out of the box but I'm a bit smaller then the average AV I'd guess...I went to adjust the boot a smidgen and the texture/prims or whatever you call them move and the boot becomes warped. So I'm sure they're awesome for AESTHETIC but unless you want to look like you're wearing your dads, who's a giant, boots then go ahead but it's pointless to have something mod that would be essentially destroyed when trying to do so.

I Like! Ty Designer!

I've spent a large part of my childhood on the ranch. I know western boots very well and there are two types: these and the designer versions. So what's the difference? The designer versions, a.k.a "Western" is the dress shoe of the old and current Southwest - it's for showing off, looking "Macaroni", to be a Dandy. Those are not these these boots (those are called "Western Cowboy Boots" in this store - I mention them because they are my next purchase). They also are a lot more modern than the traditional western boot.

THESE boots are the "working" boot. These are the boots "cowboys" wear when in the saddle and doing what cowboys do. I would never wear my $1,500 designer boots while shoveling hay or rounding up a herd. These are the traditional style.

I said all that to say this: Caligula gets it. Knowing the difference rather than just creating an eclectic assortment and throwing them up for sale. And because the creator "gets it" the quality and attention to detail are amazing.

Modern versions are buffed smooth and polished to a shine and the art is punched into the leather. The traditional rarely have these artsy designs, they are more practical and still look great. And Caligula boots in SL look awesome. For example "rough side out" gives a felt or suede look to them and Caligula has actually managed to make rough leather *look like rough leather* in-world. Not an easy task. He does something secure to his textures that make these thing look amazingly realistic.

Simple fact: These boots are among the top-quality best you will find in SL. I'm sure there are other creators just as skilled, but if I know of these then why would I go looking for another when top quality is right here?

Absolutely best in-class. And I do mean everything I have purchased in this entire store.

Really glad I bought this pack as it has great boot options to cover almost any outfit. Great detailing too. Highly recommended.
