C&A Basic PrimTail Version 1.0

IMPORTANT: READ DESCRIPTION COMPLETELY

§1 Introduction
This Item is a basic Primtail, attached to the pelvis of your Avatar. I've always wanted to try out if i get a thing like this to work or not. Seems like it worked. So i may include them as a Gift with limited permissions to other mods of mine.

§2 Description
You'll buy a Tail made of 2 Prims. The basic Texture is completely white and can easily be altered to match your fav. colors. The Package includes a similar, second Tail and a template-texture if you like to create your own textures for the tail. This may be an excellent exercise for newcomers who like to know more about making textures. ;)

The Tail does have a wag-script and a talker-script on it. 4 Owner-Talks and 6 Non-Owner-Talks are giving your feline/furry/... Avatar a few options to interact with the People around you. The Owner will also be able to lock his/her tail to prevent misuse by some Jackass.

§3 Requirements
The Tail is preset to work with the BlueGalaxy Feline Avatar. Due to to Fact that it's made of Prim, it may be altered in its position. Note: the Angle is changed completely by the tailwag and shouldn't be tampered with.

§4 Permissions
-You may alter the Appearance of the Tail to match it on your Avatar. Use „SELECT FACE“ for that.
-You may try and create textures for them for personal use.
-You may NOT use parts of the tail (especially the scripts) to copy&resell. Violation of this Term will always result in a Ticket to LL.

§5 Price Discount, Refund
Price will stay at 69L$ as long as i don't make some general updates for it :3

Any incident regarding the violation of the shown permissions will have me send a Ingame-Ticket because of hacking/misuse of my work to LL-Support.
I may reward a Person, who gave the primary Hint of such an incident with 50L$, if this hint leads to an confirmed case of hacking/misuse.

I'm sorry to say that theres NO refund, as these items are noTrans. You're welcome to ask me Questions about my Mod up front, but my Store is not big enough to give refunds.

§6 Update
I do not have a Update-Terminal or similar, yet. However, if you see a new Version of an item you bought displayed in my Update-Group, you can ask me for a free new Version. It MAY occur that i send a simple redelivery via the Marketplace, if you bought the item not Ingame.
